

Rhea Marketa (Ingle) Harrison, 83, went to be with her husband on April 29th after a brief illness. She leaves behind two daughters, Rhea Sydney Harrison and Catherine Alexandra Walker and son-in-law, Kyle Lewis Walker.
Marketa was born in Oklahoma City, OK on August 1st, 1931 to Rhea Sydney (Campbell) Ingle and Mark Byron Ingle. After graduating from Classen High School in 1948, she majored in Psychology at Stephens College in Missouri before completing her degree at OU in 1952. Marketa worked as a writer for the Daily Oklahoman before moving to Houston to work for the United Way. It was here that she met the love of her life, Robert “Bob” Harrison in 1962 and they were married in 1963. They had a long and happy life together, celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary in 2013.
Marketa was preceded in death by her husband on February 26th, 2015, almost 2 months to the day of her own passing. Their love is truly forever.
Marketa enjoyed history, photography, knitting, needlepoint and taking care of her precious family. She is very loved and will be greatly missed.
A service celebrating Marketa's life will be held 2 p.m., Friday, May 8, 2015 at the Hahn-Cook/Street & Draper Chapel.
