I am truly sorry to hear about Rick's passing. He will be truly missed. I remember the first time I met him in Harrah many many years ago when he was a young man cruising around in Harrah. I was on the police department there. I remember telling my partner " I sure hope we don't ever have to arrest him because it will take more than us two" . Gladly enough we didn't have to. Those that knew him then know what I mean. Not only was he tall he was really muscled up. Rick you will be missed by many that you touched in many ways.
