Robby L. Clayton

Robby Lynn Clayton of Jones, Oklahoma was born on March 19, 1959 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Bob and Net (Price) Clayton. He passed away on July 14, 2021 surrounded by his family in Jones, Oklahoma at the age of 62.

He is survived by his parents, Bob and Net (Price) Clayton of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; his wife, Sheryl of 43 years; 2 daughters, Crystal Jackson and husband Jason of Jones, Oklahoma and Jessica Clayton and husband Marcus of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; 2 brothers, Jackie Clayton and his wife Debbie of Nicoma Park, Oklahoma, Lance Clayton and wife Susan of Missouri; 1 sister, Melenda Clayton of Oklahoma City, OK; 4 grandsons, Marcus, Devon, AJ, Alex; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his Grandparents, Carl and Ida (Mathers) Price and Clyde and Lena Clayton; and 1 Sister Pamela Williams.

Robby attended Choctaw/Nicoma Park Schools and enjoyed playing baseball with his dad as the coach. He loved his summer times with his Maw and Paw at Lake Texoma. His Father Bob taught him lifelong lessons of Auto Mechanics and Construction work.

He married Sheryl on May 5, 1978 and had two beautiful daughters Crystal and Jessica. He carried on the tradition of taking his girls to Lake Texoma, where they loved camping, boating and inner tubing just as much as he did as a child. Robby enjoyed the outdoors and had many hobbies including hunting, camping, boating, fishing, 4 wheeling and riding horses. His girls were his life until he had grandsons and they became his world. He coached Little Marcus in basketball and Little Marcus and Devon in T-ball. His life was all about the boys. Playtime, vacations and attending their sporting events with his grandson’s was what he loved the most and brought tremendous amount of joy to his life.

Robby made awesome memories with his family that they will cherish for the rest of their life. If you did not know Robby well, one of his goals in life was to throw you off while inner tubing or break your finger while holding on.

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 23, 2021 from 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home, Oklahoma City, OK. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, July 24, 2021 at the Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home Chapel, Oklahoma City, OK.

A Celebration of Life Reception will be taking place after the Celebration of Life Funeral Service.
