I worked with Bob at Oklahoma Health Care Authority.  We had many interesting chats and I always enjoyed being around him.  He had a great sense of humor and always had a bowl of candy on his desk for anyone that came by.  He will certainly be missed.

My name is Debra Johnson (known as DJ). I worked at DHS/OHCA for 25 years and I worked closely with Bob for a time.  I looked up to Bob.  He was a very kind person with a quiet spirit. Bob was very knowledgeable about the business and operations of Medicaid and was the numbers man for Medicaid enrollment. I remember when Bob single-handedly was the "decision support system" for the agency....you could count on/rely on the numbers Bob provided and on what said.  Bob was a caring person.  He took time to listen to you and would offer advice with that soft spoken word of his. He often spoke proudly of his kids and family. I wanted so badly to pay my respects in person but had a previous engagement with some young people. I am grateful to have this avenue as means to express by feeling.  Bob was a honorable man...Bob was valued....Bob was loved...Bob will be missed.

My husband and I wish extend our sincere condolences to the family and friends of Robert Wills. We both had the pleasure of getting to know Bob while working with him at OHCA and he always was so nice and helpful. He loved his Country, family and riding his motorcycle. As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends. Be reassured that Bob now rest in peace for his mission is now complete. Bob, I salute you.

Dear Wllls family,  I worked with Bob for 20 years at OHCA.  He was one of the first people I met there and I always respected Bob and thought the world of him..  I was sad when he left and thought of him often. He will be missed by more people than he would have guessed. God bless your family and I know Bob is at peace now.

I worked with Bob until I retired in 2010 and I remember he made me a little "retirement trophy" made up of a big binder clip and a plastic paper creaser that was used a long time at work for folding papers to be mailed out.  I still have that sitting on my dressing.  He was such a pleasure working with at OHCA and very knowledgeable and if he did not know the answer to my questions he would find out for me.  I am so sorry for your loos and will keep the family in my prayers.

My condolences to Bob's family. He was such a nice person and I will always remember him for takung a moment to chat, or showing the newest aidition to his SpongeBob collection. Genuinely a kind man.
