Ron L Williams

Ronald L. Williams, 70-year-old resident of Jones, Oklahoma, passed away on February 15, 2011 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Born August 2, 1940 in Hickman, Kentucky, he was the son of Bonner Williams and Thelma McCarty Williams. Ron was first and foremost a family man. He loved his kids and just spending time with family. He loved Fishing, Hunting, R.F.D. Television, OU Football, and OKC Thunder Basketball. Ron retired from Mid-Del Schools in 2003 where he had worked for many years as a warehouse superviosr. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife Tina Thomas Williams of the home; 1 son, David Williams and his wife Jennifer of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; 1 daughter, Diana Beck and her husband Gary of Florida; 3 grandchildren, Kyle and Emily Gross; and Kyler Samples; 1 great-grandchild, Dakota Gross; 2 sisters, Patty Davidson of Arizona and Jean McGaughy; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 18, 2011 at Bill Eisenhour Northeast Chapel in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma with Dale Hartman officiating. Burial will follow in Jones I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Jones, Oklahoma. Arrangements are under the direction of Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
