Ruth Ann Carpenter, 68, of Midwest City, OK passed away February 17, 2011. She was born September 16, 1942 to Woodrow Wilson & Marie Florence (Leisterer) Dickerson. Ruth was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her son, Allen Miller & wife Annalee; sister, Donna Irwin & husband Jim; grandchildren, Grant and Clint Miller.
