Sandra Lee Massey

Sandra “Sandy” Lee Massey (69), the daughter of James & Ola McQuary, was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on March 8, 1944. She entered Heaven’s gates on September 27, 2013. Sandy graduated from Classen High School in OKC, and with the exception of five years in Salt Lake City, Utah, lived her entire life in Oklahoma City. She enjoyed a career in oil & gas accounting and office management. She was also very proud of the friendships forged and accomplishments attained while working in the Mary Kay Cosmetics organization. Sandy was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church and also attended St. Charles Borromeo.

Sandy was married to Bob R. Tabor in 1960 and the union was blessed with four children, Bobbye-Lynne, Shari, Leesa and Tim. On February 4, 1972, Sandy was united with Thomas H. Massey and the union was blessed with three children, Minette, John and Stephanie. Sandy was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas H. Massey (April 4, 2007) and her daughter Bobbye L. Tabor (1961) and her brother Terry L. McQuary. She is survived by her children; Minette (Mike )Langston, Leigh Hi Acres, FL, John Massey, Oklahoma City, Shari (Jeff) Dunsworth, Oklahoma City, Leesa (Michael) Norman , Edmond, Tim (Tiffany) Tabor, Edmond, and Stephanie (Bryan) Smith, Oklahoma City; 11 loving grandchildren; Shanda, Courtney, Caylee, Caleb, Christian, Kooper, Kennedy, Jessica, Ryne, Taylor and Jacob. three great grandchildren and Niece, Heather Taylor, Del City; honorary children; Raunak (Lilia) Eeman, Khan (Shayla) Rahman and Mirza Huda, Oklahoma City. Viewing will be at Hahn-Cook/Street & Draper on Monday, September 30, 2013 from 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. and Tuesday, October 1, 2013 from 8:00-Noon. A funeral service celebrating her life will be held Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at Hahn-Cook/Street & Draper located at 6600 Broadway Extension, Oklahoma City, OK 73116
