Its been said that the best dads get promoted to grandpas. Grandfathers are good listeners, story tellers, and most importantly good friends. They are always there to laugh and play with their grandkids and even to console them when necessary. Grandfathers are also often the source of sage advice, a benefit of their many years of experience. One thing is for sure, the love of a grandfather is a unique treasure that is never forgotten by their grandchildren. The times spent with a grandfather turn into precious memories that are conserved in the heart...even long after they have passed.....It feels just like yesterday when grandpa took us under his wing and gifted us with his wonderful life teachings. Quiet and stern yet very humble and soft. Words can't describe the love he gave us. Too many memories. Too little space. It would only be fair for us to spread the legacy of grandpa to our kids, family and friends. We will miss the jokes, love and attention only you can give.
