Susan Ann Miller

Susan Ann Miller, 72, of Oklahoma City, passed away February 19, 2024 with her loving family at her side. Susan was born in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma on Christmas Day in 1951. She was one of five children born to Haskell and Laura Bee (Hart) Potter.

Susan was a born and bred Oklahoman. In April 1986, Susan married Donald Harvey Miller. They spent 38 wonderful years together raising a family. Susan loved spending time with her grandchildren and had a passion for animals. She raised dogs, cats, chickens, goats, rabbits, cows, and even an opossum.

Susan is preceded in death by her parents Haskell and Laura Bee Potter; son Carl Lynn Rush; granddaughter, Carly Lynn Rush; sister-in-law Marie Potter; and brother-in-law Stanley Alexander.

To carry on her memory, Susan leaves behind her husband Donald Miller of Wellston; children Laura and Dusty Stoabs of Edmond, Corey and Julie Miller of Choctaw, Frank and Meachele Thomas of North Judson, IN, and Travis and Rachel Miller of Wellston; siblings Haskell and Maureen Potter of Choctaw, Tony Ray Potter of Oklahoma City, Marilyn Jo Alexander of Oklahoma City, Dellia Marie and James Dion of Oklahoma City; 14 grandchildren; five great grandchildren; six nephews and one niece.

A service to celebrate Susan’s life will be 2:30 p.m., Thursday, February 22, 2024 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home.
