Terry W. Harmon

Terry Wayne Harmon, loving son, husband, brother, father, and grandfather was escorted into the arms of his Savior Jesus Christ on March 13, 2013. He was also met in Heaven by his mother, JoAnn Matson, grandparents Harmon and Baker and a host of many other friends and relatives. Terry was born on September 11, 1954 in San Francisco, CA. He was a loving and devoted husband to wife Kathy, father to sons Tim, Danny and wife Monica and Joey, grandfather to Nadiyah and Maijah, brother to Michael Harmon and Rob and wife Lisa Matson, son to stepfather Tom Matson who raised Terry and Mike from a young age and caring friend to many. He never met a stranger and was especially fond of children. He loved his country and served in the U.S. Navy. He worked as an electronics salesman and as a radio personality. He also participated in cowboy re-enactments and was a gunsmith that exhibited in local gun shows. We will miss him tremendously, but rejoice that Terry’s heavenly journey has begun and look forward to meeting him there when our journey on earth is finished. Terry will be laid to rest beside his mother in the Kingfisher Cemetery after a memorial service celebrating his life at Portland Ave. Baptist Church on Wednesday March 20, 2013 at 11:00 am. The family wishes to thank all for their many calls, prayers, cards and acts of kindness during this difficult time.
