Several words can be used to describe Vincent: kind, loving, caring and protective. He was a dedicated father to his son, Roman and provider to his family, who loved fiercely. Attending Highland West Junior High and Moore High School, Vincent was an athlete, playing football, baseball, and basketball. He enjoyed reading, specifically Dean Koontz, John Grisham, and Tom Clancy. He had a big sense of humor and enjoyed playing pranks, he also enjoyed when people were able to prank him. Vincent loved fishing with his papa, his dog, “Max the Doberman”, and listening to music.
Vincent’s faith was a priority, he spoke of Jesus often and accepted Him as his Savior.
Vincent is survived by his mom, Sandra Cagle; his father, Paul Vincent Riggie; son, Roman Riggie; Aunts, Via and husband Bobby Hlad and Dena and husband Eric Shaw; stepmom, Stephanie Brown; and cousins Tori, Mia, and Robby. He is also survived by a host of friends.
Vincent is preceded in death by his grandma and grandpa Gallas; stepfather, Charles Wachtel; stepfather, Keith Cagle; and Uncle, Sherwood Gallas.
