Wilbur was born on April 1, 1921 in Geary, OK. After serving in the Marines during WWII, he settled in Oklahoma City, married Kathryn Elizabeth Beaucamp and raised a family of 3, while employed as a Quality Assurance Specialist for the Federal Aviation Administration. He retired from FAA in 1980.
Wilbur is survived by his daughter, Frona Musgrove, a son, Mark, 2 sisters Marjorie and Earlene, a granddaughter, Julie Hearon, 3 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and a close companion later in life, Billie Dixon. He was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth and son, Tracy, as well as 6 brothers and sisters.
