William Allen "Poppy" Buck Sr.

William Allen Buck, Sr. was born in Lawton, OK June 22, 1942 and passed away June 11, 2014 at the age of 71. At the age of four months, he became the son of Norval W and Alice (Beck) Buck. He attended Northwest Classen High School and graduated from Central High School Class of 1960. Bill attended Central State College before entering the Air Force, being stationed in Altus, OK. He traveled across many states working in sales for printing companies, Bausch and Lomb Optical and retiring from pharmaceutical company, Guaranteed Returns. He enjoyed his part-time courier job for Rail Crew Express and SCI Funeral Services. He is survived by his wife, Marcia; his son Rev. Dr. William Allen Buck and wife Erin of Edmond, OK; daughter Mandy Pregler and husband Mark of Blanchard, OK; step-sons: Kevin Harkey and wife Nancy of Harrah, OK and Justin Harkey of Oklahoma City, OK; grandchildren: Abby Pregler, Olivia Buck, Colton Pregler, Sophia Buck, twins William Alexander Buck and Wesley Allen Buck; step-grandchildren: Katie Wright, Dalton Harkey, Carsten Harkey, Reegan Harkey, and Gannon Harkey. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, June 15, 2014 at Bill Eisenhour Northeast Funeral Home in Oklahoma City, OK.
