I remember Bill as a wee little kid and I remember Bill as a full grown man. Across all those years, he remained a true one of a kind - and I know few higher compliments in a world of monotony. He gave great color to life. Bill was unflinchingly loyal, outrageously fun, naturally poetic, genuinely kind-hearted, and always just struck me as someone with the spark of an artist's soul. How lucky to have known him.
Bill's greatest ride is now truly just beginning and I have full faith that his journey toward Heaven is anything beyond his wildest dreams.
God Is Good.
My thoughts and earnest prayers are with and for his family and closest friends.

" For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.
And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love." - 1 Corinthians 13

Billy will always be remembered as one of the best men I have ever known. He was always a voice of reason, a shoulder to lean on, and someone you could count on to listen when you felt like no one else could hear you. I love him like family and always will. It is one of the honors of my life to have known him and to have been considered a friend. The good times never ended when Billy was around and I thank God that the happy memories are countless and ones that I will treasure for the rest of my life.

Billy The Kid! Man I Love you n will never forget our times together. Watching glass melt in a camp fire in your backyard. Listening to your incredible stories. High Fiving each other as we switched 12 hour shifts at Dayton Tire. You could make boiling water interesting. I am a Born Again Believer and I know you were raised by a Godly Family. You will Forever be in my Heart, and my Memories of you will bring some comfort.
Til I see you on the streets of Gold,

I remember how was a "new kid on the block".... I had just started working at Tinker in April last year.. Billy was the first person talk to me, we spoke for about 5-7 minutes, and I told him that I loved his spikey hair... each time that we would see one another it was always a genuine smile and a greeting that would make your day.. The last day I saw him was much like to first.. we chat for about 5 minutes as I was coming back from lunch. Billy had a way of making you feel special.. he was a really kind person and I will never forget how he treated me on the first and the last day we spoke.. Billy thank you.. I'll never forget your spikey hair, your smile nor your kindness.

The new girl who at first.. could never remember your name..Necole Lewis

Oh Billy, I'm still at a loss and in disbelief. You were a great guy and lived life to the fullest. You were one of a kind, always smiling, always happy. I will cherish the memories forever and always. I know you did what you did to protect everyone, that's just the way you were. Love you my friend. RIP, fly high until we meet again on the other side. Love you.

Billy had a dry sense of humor that made me laugh. He wasn't loud about it, just slyly slid in a comment or two to make me smile. I will miss him.
I'll continue praying for his entire family.
