William R. Pack, Sr., known to just about everyone as Bill, passed away at his home on November 3, 2026, at the age of 84. Born in Oklahoma City, Bill spent most of his life in Moore, Oklahoma, building a life surrounded by the people and the faith he loved most.
If you knew Bill, you probably knew two things: he loved to talk, and if you got him started on the Bible, you might want to get comfortable because it was going to be a long conversation! He was a man of bold faith, great wisdom, and an unwavering love for God's Word. He loved studying it, teaching it, and sharing Jesus with anyone who would listen. He also loved his family, pestering his great-grandkids, catching up with his best friend Lonnie, and spending time at his desk playing a game of solitaire.
Bill was generous, thoughtful, and never one to shy away from sharing what he believed. He lived with the conviction that as long as God gave him breath, he still had a purpose—and he intended to fulfill it. Even in his final days, his heart's desire remained the same: to tell others about Jesus. He had no fear of death, because he knew exactly where he was going.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alanzo and Winifred Pack; his brother, Johnny Pack; his sisters, Alice and Dorothy; and his son, Robert Pack.
He leaves behind his beloved wife, Eleanor Pack; his son, Billy Pack, Jr.; his daughter-in-law, Teresa Pack; his grandchildren, Sheree Wooten and husband Dan, Chris Pack and wife Kasidi, Justen Pack, Kim Hyatt and husband Brian, and Shelby Climer; and his great-grandchildren, Kason, Wyatt, and Dax Wooten, Lukas Pack, and Emily and Brady Hyatt.
Bill will be missed for his conversations, his wisdom, his generosity, and all the little things that made him who he was. But more than anything, he will be remembered for a faith that never wavered and a love for Jesus that he never kept to himself.
Bill spent his life pointing people to Christ. He knew his home was in Heaven, and he lived every day with the hope of sharing that truth with someone else. His earthly conversation may have ended, but the message he spent a lifetime sharing lives on.
