William R. (Bill) Proctor, 83, was born in Durham, NC. He spent 21 years in the Air Force, retiring at Tinker AFB in 1973. Bill moved to Chandler, AZ and worked for the phoenix post office for 28 years. After retiring he returned to Oklahoma to be near family.
He is survived by his wife June; Daughter Lisa Berkshire; four grandchildren, Courtney Powers and wife Alysa, Jennifer Nelson, Camie Shaw, Kelsie Powers and Husband Bryan Beard; and six great-grandchildren. There will be no services.
