Dick and family, we were so sorry to hear of Billy's passing. Our thoughts are with you

Billy was a very special person. When she would come to coffee with Richard, she would always set next to me. She would always lean over and whisper as if Richard could not hear. She would say things like, "You know, I believe in God." "My little doggie woke me up this morning." What a precious lady.

She always appreciated when I went to visit her daughters when they were in the hospital. We are going to miss this great lady. Pastor Ed and Doris Purcell

Billy was a great friend to me and my children. We had some great conversations and a lot fun together whether it be at work or out to dinner. She is one of the greatest people I have known, with a huge heart. Her family is in my prayers. Billy will be truly missed but never forgotten.
