He was employed as a Radar Engineer for the Federal Aviation Administration.
He is preceded in death by his son, Paul Douglass. Charles is survived by his loving wife, Julianna Douglass; his son, John (Catherine) Douglass; 1 sister and 6 grandchildren.
He will be missed by all who knew him and will be in our hearts forever.
