Dean is preceded in death by his Father, Louie William McBride, Mother, Hazel Marie Barton, and sister Maxine Gorton. He is survived by his wife Shelia McBride of the home, son, Eric McBride and his wife Shanaye of Baldwin City, Kansas, daughter, Stephanie Feiss and her husband Jeremy of Springhill, Kansas, and grandchildren: Jeremy, Gabriele, Parker, Alexandrea, and Piper. Dean is also survived by his sister, Sheryl Fredericks and her husband Chester of Williamsburg, Kansas, brother, David McBride of Overland Park, Kansas , and brother-in-law Roy Gorton.
Dean will be cremated according to his wishes. Visitation will be 6-8p.m. Wednesday, November 18th at the McGilley & Frye Funeral Home 105 East Loula Street Olathe, Kansas. A private family inurnment will take place Thursday morning in Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens 13901 South Blackbob Road Olathe, Kansas.
