Tony was my best friend during our military service at Fort Riley, KS from 1987 to 1990.  He was a good man and a nice friend.  After we left the army, I attempted to contact him few times but to no avail. Good bye Tony! Thanks for inviting me over to your dad's house, hiking trips, photo shooting trips, etc. My condolences to Mr. Wilcox's family!
