Linda Jane Tracy

Linda Jane Tracy (Worthen), age 64, of Overland Park, Kansas passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, December 18, 2015. Born in Lawton, Oklahoma, the daughter of William Eugene Worthen and Patsy Marie Worthen (Crutcher), Linda spent her early years in Lawton and attended Cameron University where she obtained multiple degrees. Linda married Scott Carll Tracy on May 26, 1979 and went on to have a successful career and a family that she cherished. She loved being outdoors and will be greatly missed by an abundant amount of people that she had touched throughout the years.

Linda is survived by her mother Patsy Worthen (Crutcher), her daughter and son-in-law Ryan Sharp and Jennifer Sharp (Tracy), her son and his fiance Justin Tracy and Tiffany Schmidt, twin grandsons Alexander and Nickolas Sharp, her sister Marilyn McCleskey (Worthen) and her brother John Worthen. Linda was preceded in death by her father as well as her husband of 35 years, who passed away in April of this year.

There will be a special viewing and visitation for family and friends on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home in Lawton, Oklahoma.

A celebration of Linda's life is planned for Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Highland Cemetary in Lawton, Oklahoma. A fund has been established in Linda's memory and donations can be made to the National MS Society on her behalf.
