Lola Louise Saltzman

Lola Louise Saltzman, 88, of Olathe, Kan. passed away April 13, 2011. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m., Monday, April 18, 2011 at the Salem Lutheran Church- 13402 W. 92nd St.- Lenexa, KS with funeral services following at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens- Olathe. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Salem Lutheran church in Lola's memory.

Lola was born February 2, 1923 in Kansas City, Kansas to Hershel and Florence Lacy. She attended Wyndotte High School. She worked for 15 years for the Rendeleman Office Supply and for United Office. She also taught Sunday school at the Salem Lutheran Church for 20 years.

Mrs. Saltzman was preceded in death by her brother and sister, Harry William Lacy and Winifred Lacy Goodrich.

Lola is survived by her loving husband of 69 years, Harry; son, Russell Edward (Diane) Saltzman of KCMO; sister, Lillian Era Lacy Whitlock; grandchildren, Karl (Julie) Tran-Saltzman, Paul William Saltzman, Elizabeth (Peter) Coke, Richard John Saltzman, Thomas Renner Saltzman, Joan Nicole Saltzman, Hattie Marie Saltzman and great-grandchildren, Alexander Douglas Saltzman, Tristan Nathaniel Saltzman, Maximos Ryker Coke and Charlene Quynh Tran-Saltzman
