Martha Ann Freeman

Martha was born on August 14, 1935, in Oklahoma City, OK to Walter M Brown and Vivian C (Burd) Brown. Martha graduated from Capitol Hill High School in 1954. She retired from the State of Oklahoma as a legal assistant. Martha was a lifelong member of Kentucky Avenue Baptist Church in Oklahoma City.

Martha loved to crochet, was an avid reader, enjoyed old movies and gathering with her sisters in Christ at her Bible study. Martha loved her cat, Midnight. She was happiest when she was with her children and grandchildren.

Martha is preceded in death by her husband, Rex Malcolm Freeman; her son, Garry Owen Freeman; her parents and her sister, Joyce Mayes.

Survivors include her son, Ronny Freeman (Sarah); daughters: Donna Lenning (Eddie), Lanna Freeman and Terrie Freeman; grandchildren: Erin Weber, Elisha Freeman, Racheal Gebhardt, Jordan Lenning, Heather Freeman, Adam Lenning, Gabe Freeman, Andrew Petillo, Daxx Dalton and Kira Dalton ; great grandchildren: Gage Freeman and Grace Freeman.

There will be a graveside service at Resurrection Memorial Cemetery on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at 1:00pm in Oklahoma City. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your favorite charity.
