In the 70's Norman went into construction and soon created Holle Homes and NL Holle Homes. Quoted as saying he "built over 200 homes in the late 70's and early 80's". Deciding to venture further into home sales he created Holle Homes Real Estate with Carolyn. The office was on Santa Fe in Olathe Kansas for over 20 years.
As a veteran, Norman worked with Dr. Thakur to obtain his disability. Dr. Thakur referred a few patients to Norman so he could help guide them getting their PTSD disability. He once said, "either I'm going to stop doing that or I'm going to create a class". Then the class was born. He could not say no to Dr. Thakur. Working with Dr. Thakur and an incredible cast of veterans, the class has helped over 1100 veterans receive 100% disability.
Many thanks to Chuck and Becky Goble and Mike Martin for continuing the class. Special thanks to Arthur for his drive and assistance and Allen Olson for the incredible help he has given in the earlier years. With many more moving parts from the senator's office, house of representatives and the many veterans involved. Norman loves and thanks you all.
