Vanessa Rochelle Miles Freeman was born on January 16, 1990 in Olathe, Kansas to Marcus and Rhonda Miles. Vanessa, who was a beloved wife, daughter, sister, aunt and friend, passed away peacefully on March 6, 2024.
Vanessa joined the Church of the Living God in Olathe, Kansas at a young age. Despite her life circumstances, she always had a desire to serve the Lord and continually asked others to pray for her. She graduated from Shawnee Mission North. She brought joy and laughter to those around her with her infectious smile and kind heart. In March of 2022, Vanessa married Maurice Freeman.Vanessa was a devoted spouse, cherished daughter, and loving sister. Vanessa was a proud aunt who enjoyed spending time with her nieces and her nephews. Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
Vanessa was preceded in death by her brother, Reggie Miles. She leaves to cherish her memories, her father; Marcus Miles Sr., her mother ;Rhonda Miles (Gary), her sister; LaTashia Williams, her brother; Marcus Miles Jr., her grandmother; Delphine Williams, her grandparents; A.C. Miles and Sadie Miles, and a
host of other relatives and friends. Vanessa will be deeply missed and remembered for her warmth, compassion, and unwavering love. May she rest in eternal peace.
