

Virginia Rose Holzer, age 73, was born on July 11, 1953, and died on September 9, 2026. Ginger will be remembered as a cherished presence—someone whose steady kindness, thoughtful manner, and quiet strength left a lasting mark on those who had the privilege to know Ginger.
Throughout a life shaped by resilience and honest effort, Ginger was known for being hard-working and deeply devoted to the people around her. In work, Ginger valued the people she worked with, approaching each day with reliability, consideration, and a selfless willingness to do what needed to be done.
Ginger also found joy in the simple pleasures that made ordinary days brighter—remaining a devoted Chiefs fan and taking particular delight in watching Scottie Scheffler play golf. These interests reflected a spirit that appreciated both loyalty and excellence, and they offered moments of enjoyment that were shared and remembered with warmth.
Ginger is survived by her children Angela (Steve) Mooy and Jonathan (Katie) Holzer; sister Pat; brother Jack; and grandchildren William and Logan Mooy. She is preceded in death by her mother Rose and her sisters Linda and Donna.
Ginger will be deeply missed and remembered by all who knew her.
