Anthony Frank Liotta

Anthony Frank Liotta, 79, of Port St. Lucie, Fla., passed away peacefully on Friday, March 18, 2011. He was a printer, working for Appeal Printing Co., in New York City for 20 years retiring in 1993. He was a member of the New York Typographical Union and also of the Pub Set Local 6 in Union, NJ. Anthony was a US Air Force Veteran of the Korean War. He enjoyed visiting the area casinos.

Anthony is predeceased by his parents, the late Eugene & Alvina Liotta, and a brother, Dominic Liotta, in 2001. Surviving are a brother, Edward Liotta & his wife Gloria, of Staten Island, a sister Marie Liotta, of Old Bridge, and a sister in law Sara Liotta; 5 nieces & nephews and 12 great nieces & nephews.

Friends may call on Tuesday, March 22, 2011 from 2-4 & 7-9pm at the Michael Hegarty Funeral Home, 3377 US Hwy 9, Old Bridge, NJ. A Funeral Liturgy will be Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at 10am from St. Ambrose Church, Throckmorton Lane, Old Bridge. Committal will follow at the Holy Cross Burial Park, South Brunswick, NJ. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests considering a donation to the St. Jude's Children Hospital.
