Jan Baxter

Jan Baxter, 71, of Old Bridge died peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Friday, May 1, 2015 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick. She was born in Newark, NJ to the late Armand and Ida (Maloney) DiLorenzo. Jan lived in Iselin before moving to Old Bridge 25 years ago.

Jan was a retired billing secretary for Dr. Douglas Ashendorf’s medical practice in Clark, NJ. In her leisure she enjoyed arts & crafts but above all else enjoyed spending time with her family and adored grandchildren.

Jan is predeceased by her beloved husband of 27 years, Robert E. Baxter (2008) and is survived by her loving daughter Shari Huebner and step-daughter Wendy Henry. She is also survived by her adored grandchildren Amber Huebner, Tami Huebner, Kaitlyn Huebner, Brian Giardina, Judith Giardina and Sara Giardina.

Friends and relatives are invited to attend visitation Sunday, May 3, 2015 from 4pm to 8pm at Michael Hegarty Funeral Home 3377 US Highway 9, Old Bridge NJ 08857. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 9:30am Monday, May 4, 2015 at St. Bernadette RC Church 20 Villanova Road Parlin, NJ 08859 with burial to follow in Chestnut Hill Cemetery East Brunswick, NJ.
