Jeanne E. Heffren Kearney

KEARNEY, Jeanne E. (Heffren) of Old Bridge died Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick.  Born in New York City she lived in Lakewood and Matawan before moving to Old Bridge 8 years ago. 

Jeanne was a library cataloger with Brookdale Community College in Lincroft for 30 years before retiring in 2002.  She loved to read, was extremely well versed in Politics and Economics and was a history buff.  Jeanne was an artist and sculptor.  She collected rag dolls and adored fashion.  Her favorite sport was baseball, she loved the Yankees.

Jeanne is predeceased by her devoted husband James P. Kearney (1972).  She is survived by her loving sons Christopher James (and Joanna Maidment) Kearney of Old Bridge, James Thomas Kearney of Hackensack and her devoted daughter Claudia Jeanne Adase of Pompano Beach, FL.
