Marion Theresa Barney, age 80, of Las Vegas, died on September 8, 2013 in Las Vegas. Born May 22, 1933 in Plainfield, New Jersey, she moved to Las Vegas in 1991. Mrs. Barney loved playing Bingo at Eldorado Casino in Henderson and was an avid sewer and crafter, sewing her family's own clothes. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Rosalie Frazee, Louise Bishop, & Elizabeth Gyeski, and brothers, Anthony & Michael Long. Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Charles, daughter, Trisha Barney, and brothers, Jesse & John Long. A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, September 23, 2013 at 11am at Woodbridge Memorial Gardens, Woodbridge. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Mrs. Barney's name are suggested to the American Heart Association.
