Marion F. Parinisi Favara

Marion F. Favara, 87 of Old Bridge, died gracefully Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY she was a lifelong resident before moving to Old Bridge 3 short years ago.

Before her retirement, Marion was a secretary for over 30 years with Frank and Paul’s Collision Shop in Brooklyn. Marion enjoyed playing cards and bingo but above anything else absolutely adored spending time with her grandchildren.

Marion is predeceased by her 2 sisters Sis and Angie. She is survived by her loving daughters Marie (and her husband John) Vallo of Old Bridge and Graceanne (and her husband Alan) Kaplan of Stanford, NY. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren John Vallo and Liza Gawlak.

Friends and relatives are invited to attend visitation Friday, March 27, 2015 from 2-4pm & 7-9pm at Michael Hegarty Funeral Home 3377 U.S. 9, Old Bridge NJ 08857. A funeral mass will be celebrated 10:30am Saturday, March 28, 2015 at St. Ambrose RC Church 81 Throckmorton Lane Old Bridge, NJ 08857 with burial to follow in Holy Cross Burial Park South Brunswick, NJ.
