Before her retirement, she was an office manager for the International Ladies Garment Workers Union in Newark.
She is predeceased by her beloved husband Byron Komenos (2005) and a brother and two sisters. She is survived by her adored son Byron and also leaves behind several loving nieces and nephews.
Friends and relatives are invited to attend visitation Thursday, March 26, 2015 from 2-4pm & 7- 9pm at Michael Hegarty Funeral Home 3377 US Highway 9, Old Bridge NJ 08857. A funeral mass will be celebrated 11am Friday, March 27, 2015 at Most Holy Redeemer RC Church 133 Amboy Road Matawan, NJ 07747 with entombment to follow in St. Gabriel’s Cemetery.
