Mark "Gator" Carozza

Mark “Gator” Carozza, 73, of Old Bridge formerly of Staten Island died surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, May 2, 2015 at Raritan Bay Medical Center in Old Bridge. He was born and raised in Staten Island, NY to the late Alex and Florence (Mayo) Carozza moving to Old Bridge 37 years ago.

Mark was an avid Harley Davidson motorcycle rider and enjoyed show cars.

Mark is predeceased by his dear son Mark Carozza, Jr. (1975) and is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Mary Ann (Scheier) Carozza; his adored son Joseph (and his wife Kathy) Carozza; his brother Frank “Dudy” (and his wife Angie) Carozza; his cherished grandchildren Emily, Delaney, Garrett; and his beloved mother-in-law Eve Scheier. He leaves behind his devoted dog.

Friends and relatives are invited to attend visitation Monday, May 4, 2015 from 7pm to 9pm at Michael Hegarty Funeral Home 3377 US Highway 9, Old Bridge NJ 08857. At the direction of the family cremation will be private.
