Maryann M. Flanagan

Maryann M. Flanagan, 70, passed away on Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at Robert Wood Johnson in New Brunswick. Born in Jersey City, Maryann lived in Ohio for about 7 years before returning to New Jersey 19 years ago settling in Sayreville, and recently Spotswood. She was an administrative assistant for Route 516 Animal Hospital in Old Bridge for 10 years before retiring in 2002. She enjoyed reading, playing solitaire, traveling, and spending time with family. MaryAnn was predeceased by her devoted husband Frank. She is survived by her loving children Dr. Gale Flanagan of Spotswood, Dawn Flanagan of Spotswood, Frank (and Liz Flanagan) of North Brunswick. Also surviving are her cherished grandchildren Nicholas, Ryan, Megan and Dylan. Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22, 2013 from 4-8pm at Michael Hegarty Funeral Home, 3377 Rt. 9, Old Bridge, NJ 08857. A funeral service will be held 10am Monday at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 3139 County Route 516, Old Bridge, NJ. Cremation will be private.
