Rocco Grieco

Rocco Grieco, 54, of Old Bridge, passed away Sunday, May 29, 2011 at home. Born in Jersey City, Rocco resided mostly in New Jersey, the last 15 years in Old Bridge. He was a truck driver for New England Motor Freight in South Plainfield for 3 years, and was a member of Teamsters Local 641.

Rocco was predeceased by his parents, Angelo & Josephine Grieco. He is survived by is son, Rocco Grieco Jr.; his sister and brother in law, Jo Ann & Thomas Colvin; his niece, Krystal; his nephew, Thomas Jr.; 2 great nephews; and his cousin, Charles Dechert.

Visitation will be Wednesday, June 1, 2011 from 2-4 & 7-9pm at the Michael Hegarty Funeral Home, 3377 Rt. 9, Old Bridge, NJ. There will be a funeral service held at the funeral home Wednesday evening. Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Rocco can be made to the Diabetes Association or the American Cancer Society.
