Ronald Schwartz

Ronald was a retired physical education teacher for 39 years with the NYC Board of Education. After his retirement he continued with High Point Schools – CPC Behavioral Healthcare in Morganville where he worked for the past 10 years.

Ronald is predeceased by beloved parents Max and Yetta (Binbaum) Schwartz. He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Cathy J. Schwartz, his adored daughters Wendy Stabile and Amanda Schwartz, and his dear brother Harry Schwartz. Also surviving are his cherished grandchildren Cailan, Liam and Lily.

Funeral services will be held at Michael Hegarty Funeral Home 3377 US Highway 9 Old Bridge, NJ 08857 on Monday, July 20, 2015 at 10am. Interment will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery, 83-45 Cypress Hills St., Glendale, NY 11385. Shiva will be observed at the home of Harry Schwartz, 3 Stone Lane Marlboro, NJ 07746 on Monday after the burial and Tuesday.

Please consider contributions directly to the children of Ronald. They are setting up a fund for a yearly donation to a deserving student at Marlboro High School who will be attending college to study either physical education or something in the health field. This will be determined each year by the school staff in conjunction with the family.
