Theodore "Ted" Borowsky

Theodore “Ted” Borowsky, 70, of Old Bridge died peacefully with his loving family by his side on Saturday, June 6, 2015. Born in Perth Amboy to the late Theodore Francis and Virginia (Pazur) Borowsky, Ted was a life-long resident of Old Bridge.

After working in the Auto Body industry for several years, Ted purchased D&M Auto Body in Old Bridge in 1972 which he owned and operated until his retirement in 2014. Ted enjoyed antique cars, boating, fishing, but most of all he loved spending time with his family.

Ted is survived by his beloved wife Nancy Jean (Sleight) Borowsky; his loving daughter's Amy Leineek, Cathy Jean Borowsky, Deanna Belgio, and Nancy Hanlon; his son-in-law Jeffrey Hanlon, his dear sister Martha Lundberg and his adored grandchildren, Michael & Harlee Leineek, Casey & Sidney Belgio, and Jeffrey, Christian & Jordan Hanlon.

Friends and relatives are invited to attend visitation Tuesday, June 9, 2015 from 2-4pm & 7-9pm at Michael Hegarty Funeral Home, 3377 Highway 9, Old Bridge, NJ 08857. Funeral Services will be held 10am Wednesday, June 10, 2105 at the funeral home. Entombment will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery & Mausoleum in Keyport.
