Theresa M. (Vollmer) Flaherty, 63, of East Durham, NY formerly of Brooklyn, NY died Wednesday, December 11, 2013. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, she worked with Marjam Supply Company as an account receivable clerk/credit manager for over 20 years.
Ms. Flaherty is predeceased by her husband, the late Leo Durant and is survived by her 2 loving daughters; Dawn and her husband Michael Buckenberger of South River and Debbie Flaherty of New York. She will be missed by her cherished grandchildren Nicholas, Samantha & Erin.
Friends and relatives are invited to attend funeral services Saturday 8:30 am at Michael Hegarty Funeral Home 3377 Highway 9, Old Bridge followed by a 10 am Mass at St. Stephen's RC Church, South River. Cremation services will be private. Friends may call Friday 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm.
