Rebekah Ann Tippit Robinson passed from this life on her 92nd birthday, July 12, 2026, in Hermitage, Tennessee. Ann was the devoted wife of Ronald Robinson for 70 years, and together they built a life centered on faith, family, and service.
Born and raised at 1023 Elvira Avenue, in the Inglewood neighborhood of Nashville, Tennessee, Ann graduated from Isaac Litton High School in 1952. She began her career at National Life and Accident Insurance Company, where she worked from 1952 until 1960. After her children started school, she taught at Hermitage Church of Christ Playschool and later finished her career at Gospel Advocate.
Ann and Ronald were active in the Donelson Jaycettes and Jaycees, reflecting their commitment to serving their community. For many years, she worshiped at Hermitage Church of Christ, where she taught bible classes, supported Ronald in his role as an elder's wife, and was a dedicated member of the Tuesday Ladies' Bible Class. She quietly gave countless hours doing whatever needed to be done. In later years, she was a faithful member of Mt. Juliet Church of Christ.
She found great joy in tending the flowers in her yard, especially the irises transplanted from her grandmother's home in Indian Mound, Tennessee. She took sewing classes at Watkins Institute and made beautiful clothes for her children. An avid reader throughout her life, she was often teased by her brothers for always having her nose in a book. Little Women was her favorite, and she said she had read it more times than she could count. After retirement, Ann and Ronald enjoyed traveling with friends and Ronald's brothers and their wives in search of antique treasures.
Ann is preceded in death by her husband Ronald Dean Robinson, her brother John Thomas Tippit, Jr., and her parents John Thomas and Rebekah Vaughan Tippit. She is survived by her children Lisa Robinson and Mark (Heather) Robinson, brother Tilden Seay (Patti) Tippit, sister-in-law Judy Jones Tippit, and her beloved grandson Kyle (Crystal Walker) Robinson.

Juliet Church of Christ family for their love, support, and prayers.
