Ashlyn was the middle child of three. She grew up in Donelson and later Mount Juliet. She attended and graduated from Wilson Central High School with the Class of 2010. Later, Ashlyn attended Pellissippi State Community College in Knoxville and earned an Associates’ Degree in Psychology.
Ashlyn’s biggest joy in life and greatest accomplishment was her son, Wilder. He was her world. The look of love that shone on her face when looking at him was evident to anyone who saw them. Ashlyn would do anything to make Wilder smile. Wilder loved his Mommy just as much.
Ashlyn had a fierce love for her family and friends and they loved her just as much. She was always helping anyone she could, showering them all in love and her bright light. She touched so many lives with her own personal journeys. Her story helped so many find their way. Ashlyn loved deeply . . . was deeply loved . . . and will be deeply missed.
Ashlyn is preceded in death by her great grandparents, Roy & Edna Mayhugh; great grandparents, Don & Regenia O’Guin; and grandfather, Jimmy O’Guin.
