She was born on November 8, 1946, in Madison, Tennessee, to Lester Cordell and Ruby Jean Fuqua (Anderson).
She was preceded in death by her father.
She is survived by her two children, Katy and Stephen, her mother, sisters, Joyce Carter and Sue Ann Kemp, brother, Ron Fuqua, and six grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2016, from 12 until 1 with a graveside service following at Hermitage Memorial Gardens.
