Barbara enjoyed many things especially shopping and traveling. Her home was always open and she enjoyed hosting many family dinners, holiday events and other special occasions. Her family was the love of her life. She was always very supportive and made a special effort to attend her grandchildren and great grandchildren’s activities.
Barbara is survived by her husband Sam Pigg, a daughter, Kathy (Roger) Scurlock West, step-daughter Janet Curlin, grandchildren, Evan (Ashton) West, Taylor Curlin and three great grandchildren, Everett West, Asher West and Samuel Murillo.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Wednesday February 7, 2024 from 12:00-2:00PM at the Hermitage Funeral Home, 535 Shute LN Old Hickory, TN. Graveside services will follow at 2:00PM at the Hermitage Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest donations be made to the St. Jude Children’s Hospital (stjude.org) or the Multiple Sclerosis Association of America (engage.mymsaa.org)
