I always called you Aunt Betty.  I remember coming to your house as a young child to visit you with my grandma, patty, your sister.  I was always so excited to see you, you were always so kind and so loving.  You will truly be missed by friends and family .

Grandma,
       You loved me more like a mother than grandmother. I loved you like one too. In life we get certain moments in time that feel like perfect moments. I can say so many of those perfect moments and memories in time have you attached to it. I will always remember and hear you saying that "you say a special prayer every night for me." And i thank god we got to see eachother a few weeks ago. I love you so much. I will always love you so deeply. I will miss you until i see you again. I love you Grandma. ❤️ Thank you for everything you've been too me threw my whole life. Grandmas are just special. I had the best on earth so i know. I love you.

I loved Betty as my mother in law for many years and then as a special friend.  She was always so good to me. I’m thankful for my memories of her!!

It is with my greatest condolences for your loss.  I worked for Ms. Betty at Third National from 1984 to 1993.  We were fortunate to keep a friendship  for many years.  We lost touch due to my working out state for 20 years.  She was a very caring and gracious woman.  She will be missed by many,

My Grandmommy was a kind, fiery, independent, loving soul. She never failed to make me laugh and surprise me with her wit. She was my first cup of “pink milk” and the maker of my favorite foods (corn pudding being the most special). She was so loved and will be missed very much. I love you forever.

Mom had a great life. She was so proud of her family, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was also proud of her long banking career, spanning nearly 50 years from Bristol Tennessee, Presque Isle Maine, Montgomery Alabama, Mount Juliet TN and Nashville. A devoted member of the Mount Juliet Church of Christ, her faith was of upmost importance. She was kind and had a big heart, but also not one to be crossed or taken advantage of. She also had a great sense of humor. Quick to offer free unsolicited advice on how to live your life, she did it with her best intensions. She was a coal miners daughter and maybe had  an alter ego as “Mrs. Castanza”. We loved her so much and she’ll be missed dearly.
