

Bobby Ray Mannery passed away peacefully at home on August 13, 2026. He was born in Englewood, TN. After high school he served in the US Army and has made his home in Nashville for the last 45 years.
Bobby was a longtime member of Hermitage Church of the Nazarene and an active member of his community. He worked for UPS for 30 years retiring as reginal manager. Bobby founded the Bobby Mannery Foundation working for people in need and was active in the Vinny Golf Tournaments. In his free time, he enjoyed traveling, playing golf, and watching Vols Football. Most of all he will be remembered as a loving husband, father, brother, uncle and grandfather.
He is survived by his grandson; Jacob Zollman, sister; Wanda (Robert) Pinnock, nieces and nephews; Belinda (Jimmy) Jackson, Celeste (Chris) Watts, Celecia Pinnock, Duane Elderkin and many great nieces and nephews.
Bobby is preceded in death by his parents Colonel Lee and Ruth Mannery, his wife Marlene Mannery, Daughter Sandy Mendez, grandson Shane Mendez, brother Curtis Mannery, sisters Brenda Johnson and Becky Akins.
Gathering of family and friends Friday, August 21, 2026, from 12:00-200pm at Hermitage Funeral Home. Celebration of Life begins at 2:00pm in the Tulip Grove Room at Hermitage Funeral Home. Burial following Hermitage Memorial Gardens.
