My heart goes out in prayer for Brenda, Robyn, Trey and grand kids. Frank loved his family, friends and people. Frank, a dedicated Christian, served the Lord with his whole heart with integrity. He served by example and not with just words. Frank a great teacher of all things will be rewarded in heaven for his service here on earth. Thank you Frank for your inspiration to grow in church, TDOT and Toastmasters. May the Lord be with his precious wife, children and grandchildren.
Your friend in Christ Jesus,
Connie Gilliam

Brenda and family,

It is a with a heavy heart that I send you my sincerest sympathy in the loss of your precious husband and father and grandfather. Frank was a wonderful person - such a kind and soft spoken man. I always admired Frank for his love of his church and his family. I know he fought hard to stay on earth with the family he loved. I am sorry that he lost his fight so soon - I know he will be missed by so many. Know that you will be in my thoughts and prayers in the coming days, weeks, and months ahead.

Frank was one of the most kind and professional people I have ever met. As I was learning about traffic incident management in 2008 Frank didn't care that I was a consultant. He took me under his wing and taught me lessons about TIM and about professionalism at the same time. I offer my heart felt condolences to his family, Frank was a great man. Thank you for sharing his gift with me and providing me with a life long impact.

I am truly devastated on hearing the news of Frank’s passing. I have known Frank for over 30 years at TDOT. The last 15 years of my work career was under the supervision of Frank and we created the Senior Drivers and the Yellow DOT Programs. Frank was a great person, supervisor and friend. Rest In Heaven, Frank for there is no pain there. Condolences to the family he loved so dearly, and you know Frank is at peace.
