Donald R Klipa

He served his country in the United States Army with his last duty assignment with OJCS at the Pentagon in Washington DC.

After retiring from the Army he worked for the IRS as an International Tax Examiner after retirement he started a Tax Business as an Enrolled Agent.

He is survived by his wife Naomi (Sue), daughter Christina, sisters Margaret Chandler and Elizabeth Suarez and one sister-in-law Brenda and many nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by parents Pete and Helen, son Donald Andrew, brothers George, Milan and Pete, brother-in-law Bill Chandler, and sister-in-laws Jean, Barbara.

Pallbearers Pete Klipa, James Withrow, Paul Colyer, Troy Wilson and other Family and Friends.

Honorary pallbearers Scott Miller Sunday School Class at Victory Baptist Church.

Visitation will be held at Hermitage Funeral Home, 535 Shute Ln, Old Hickory, TN 37138, US, on August 14, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and again on August 15, 2026, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.

A Funeral Service will take place at Hermitage Funeral Home, 535 Shute Ln, Old Hickory, TN 37138, US, on August 15, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.

A Committal Service with Military Honors will follow at Mt Juliet Memorial Gardens, 654 W Division St., Mt. Juliet, TN 37122, US, on August 15, 2026, starting at 2:00 pm.
