Dot was like a second mom to me growing up. I am glad my daughter Jessie got to have her as her F.L.I.P. (Friends Learning in Pairs) partner her 1st grade year at Hermitage Elementary School. Dot will be truly missed. She was a very spunky lady who made me laugh, but she could put me in my place if I was out of line too. I am glad my daughter got to meet you and spend time with you. Sorry we missed the visitation & funeral. She is gone but never forgotten.

she was a blessing to all she came in contact with.my mother was one of the most giving people not always from her pockets, but from her heart always.i know she will continue to watch over me and guide me along this journey without her in the physical realm.

God brings people into our lives that you have an immediate connection with-it was like that when I met Dot. I was very young when I worked with Dot, and she was like a second mom to me. We had some special moments, and I have lots of wonderful memories. She was truly a very special lady!

I am going to miss Dot very much.... She was such a good friend over the years. She taught me alot about the mortgage business which has led me to my job today. She also taught me a lot about life and gave me some very good advise. LeJeana Connell
