She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Donald S. Mangum, and her son, Jimmy D. Mangum.
She is survived by her son, Michael (Mary) Mangum; granddaughters, Makayla (Justin Maestas) Mangum and Madison Mangum; sisters, Angie LaDuca and Vera Curnow; as well as numerous friends and loved ones.
Dorothy worked at Clover Bottom for over 42 years. She enjoyed flower gardening, yard work, and spending time with her family. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother who especially enjoyed taking her grandchildren places and making memories with them. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Visitation will be Monday, September 21, 2026 from 3:00 pm ~ 7:00 pm and Tuesday, September 22, 2026 from 11:00am ~ 1:00 pm with a Celebration of Life at 1:00pm and the entombment to follow at Hermitage Funeral Home 535 Shute Lane Old Hickory, TN.
