What a legacy Earl and Willie Mae left!
I joined this family in 1959 when I was 5 1/2 years old and my daddy married Earl’s youngest sister Ruth. I couldn’t help but smile when all the sweet memories came back to me when I saw that Willie Mae was called nanny because Nanny was what everyone called Earls and Ruth’s mother. She was the sweetest little lady, and she treated me like one of her own. I moved away after high school and have rarely seen any of the Boshers, except for Ruth of course, and my sweet sister, Sherri, but I want you all to know I have fervently been praying for you all the last couple of weeks. I so hate that you all can’t gather as a family to grieve, but perhaps you will be comforted in knowing that “my” Nanny is welcoming her oldest son into heaven now and they are rejoicing as never before.
My God’s presence be felt by each one of you today.

Dad, I'm Michael your son. Dad at times we had our disagreements but dad you were a great dad. And you.taught me and Tommy manners. We had better say yes sir and no mam. Thank you Daddy for doing this. As I grew to love the Lord I knew that I made so many useless mistakes. Mama said I'd change and you saw it happen. Daddy tell Mama and Jesus to save me a seat. Dad I love you and I will miss you so much.

It has indeed been a very sad week with the loss of my brother Earl . My family didn’t show their love outwardly but we would do anything for each other . I loved all of my brothers and sisters but Earl and his wife Willie were closer because we lived next door to them in Beech Grove for ten years in the 90’s. We shared lots of good memories sitting on their side porch discussing the happenings in Lakewood Park and there were quite a few of them. And the dinners Willie would prepare, Ahh I can still taste them. One of the things I remember about Earl was how much he loved the 007 movies. Remembering the good days is how I can deal with the pain of his loss. I hope these moments can put a smile on Tommy and Maria’s face and help them deal with the horrible pain. They were there during some of these times. I love you brother. I hope you, Fred, Wayne, Charlie and Sis can save me a seat in heaven when I arrive.

Granddaddy you were an amazing man. You were always a hard worker and loved his family, western movies, bluegrass music, planting gardens, and wearing overhauls and those flat hats.
You will be missed dearly, but I know Nannie is rejoicing in Heaven that you are back with her again. I know God welcomed you saying good job my faithful servant.Thankful for all the wonderful memories. Until we meet again know I miss you and love you. Rest in peace and fly high. ❤

I was so close to my Dad. I saw him almost every day to make sure he had food and his medicine. This morning I was dialing the hospital to see how he was doing ,then realized that I cannot talk with him until I get to see him and Mom in heaven. I have only fond memories because I treated him with the greatest respect. Mom told me before she passed that we should not have any regrets because we were good to them both. I will not say goodbye. I will see you both later. Love y’all.

I've been in the family for 30 years and "Grand Daddy" was like my own Grandfather. He always had a smile on his face and sure enjoyed a good laugh . He loved Nanny and the family more than anything in his life. I sure enjoyed seeing him in the garden in the summer cause that was his time to enjoy. Your with Nanny in that perfect garden in heaven now. Love you Jon.
