LEWIS, Edward Howell Age 36 of Nashville, TN, passed away November 5, 2012. Preceded in death by his father, Dutch Hemmer and brother, Michael Gentry, Jr. Survived by his mother, Diana Lewis Young; fiancee' Daphne Haggard, and his loving daughter, Bailey Rose Lewis, and a host of many family and friends. A funeral service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Saturday, November 10, 2012 at the Hermitage Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Hermitage Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will be Friday, November 9, 2012 from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m., and 2 hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
